WORKSHOP:

We have got a suitable workshop in order to guarantee repairs and maintenances of our own vehicles, as well as build special steel-connections and aluminium-alloy ones for different requirements, make hydraulic pressure test, etc...

WOSCHING-SERVICE:

We have got a cleaning-station with one lane with an independent drinkable, filtrate and softener water well checked every 3 months. The station is equipped with rotating heads, boilers for the production of hot water up to 95?C, boilers for the production of filtered steam for sterilization, mini-laboratory for suitability-test and raise steam of CO2.

STORAGE:

Owing to the carried products-characteristics the company Pellegrini Trasporti has equipped its seat with a very good heating-system to deposit, to maintain the goods-temperature and to check the products in the containers for long time. In fact we have got an efficient steam-production system which can maintain the temperature of various numbers of tanks with aimed heatings without that the goods suffer from changes of temperature. Further we have got also tank-containers with an electric heating-system in addition to the steam-system, which maintains the inner product-temperature unchanged thanks to a checking of an electric-system. We are able to transfer both liquid and powder-products without atmospheric pollution. We own 2 crane of 42 tons in order to move full tanks and besides we have got sheltered areas where the tanks and the silos are stored and periodically checked. All the goods are covered by a insurance coverage against theft, fire. We can accept containers of third party also with cleaning-procedures of the same ones.

RENT:

The large vehicles-fleet of Pellegrini Trasporti allows to rent tanks - silos and chassis, because for every service our compay has got the tanks and the silos of the required sizes by our customers. In fact we can hire out tank-containers of 24.000/27.000/29.000/30.000 litres in addition to 20 road-tanks from 29.000 litres for exclusive foodstuff use, silo-containers from 48 to 58 cubic metres, of 40" and 30" for foodstuff and no foodstuff use, very light fixed and tipping chassis of 20"/30"/40", some of them equipped with a pump or compressor for liquid.

CARRIAGE:

Pellegrini Trasporti performs also carriage-services, because they are equipped with fixed and tipping chassis, provided with pumps and compressors for liquids and road-tractors fitted out with silent compressors for the pneumatic unloading of the powder. Since Pellegrini Trasporti is also located next to the railway- and customs-Terminal, with their own storage and cleaning-station and an heating system, it is very advantageous for the clients and carriers to use our services, that make the job easy and sure execution.
